Persian Cooking Class

The Iranian Studies Program and French Department jointly offered a new course titled "French-Persian Cooking" (FRENLANG 60E) in the fall of 2019 for Stanford students. Four classes focused on French cuisine and four classes focused on Persian cuisine. These images are highlights from the four Persian classes, taught by Naz Deravian, Hanif Sadr, Faz Poursohi, and Najmieh Batmanglij. Read more about the instructors here.
