Manager, Stanford Iran 2040 Project
Dr. Pooya Azadi is the co-founder and manager of the Stanford Iran 2040 Project. His multidisciplinary research interests include energy, environment, and economics. Particularly, he is interested in the development of mathematical models to tackle complex problems at different scales. Prior to joining Stanford, he worked as a researcher at the universities of Oxford, Cambridge, and MIT for several years. Pooya received his B.Eng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tehran (B.Eng) and his M.A.Sc and Ph.D. from the University of Toronto.
