Ria Reddy (2024)

Ria Reddy (‘24) is an International Relations major from Fremont, CA interested in the Middle East, international security, and language. With an insatiable curiosity for U.S.-Iran relations and a deep appreciation for Iran's rich history and intricate systems, she has chosen to pursue a minor in Iranian studies. Ria has also delved into the enchanting world of Farsi and Persian poetry during her time at Stanford. She hopes to eventually leverage the knowledge and skills she's gained from the Global Studies minor to forge a career in the security space, specifically in that region, and eventually spend some time living in Iran. Ria also loves food and music, two pillars of Iranian culture.
