Zackery Paul Edwards (2025)

Zack Edwards (‘24, '25, East Asian Studies) studies sociolinguistics and linguistic anthropology, especially concerning Okinawan, his heritage language. After taking First Year Modern Persian with Professor Emami, he became hooked and pursued further coursework in Iranian history, politics, and culture. Zack hopes to use the Global Studies minor to further his understanding of Iran and cultivate more global perspectives.
